Senior HNWI Lifecycle Integrity Lead

Job summary

Swissquote, a leading digital bank with 1,400+ employees, is establishing the Client Lifecycle Integrity department. We seek an Associate-Director to lead an HNWI CLI team, overseeing onboarding, periodic reviews, and enhanced due diligence across client lifecycles.

You will drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement using data analytics and AI, in a dynamic banking environment. English and French are essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in client onboarding and periodic reviews, KYC/AML, or compliance operations.
• Leadership or team-lead experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss AML/KYC regulations (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA and industry rules).
• Solid understanding of the HNWI segment, including complex source of wealth and PEPs.
• Interest in process optimisation, digital transformation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented with people development mindset.
• Excellent command of English and French; German is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CLI team, ensuring operational efficiency and SLA adherence.
• Oversee onboarding, periodic reviews and due diligence within the team's scope.
• Identify and manage risks in HNWI client relationships; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare high-quality client assessments, risk analyses and management reports.
• Drive automation, data analytics and AI to streamline operations.
• Develop and maintain internal procedures and operational standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and represent HNWI CLI in cross-functional projects.
• Partner with Head HNWI CLI and senior management for governance and oversight.

Education

University degree in Law, Economics, or a related field

Certification in Compliance Management
