Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Fund Operations or related fields.
• Proven expertise in Hedge Funds and alternative investments.
• Strong understanding of fund dealing lifecycles and cash management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of subscription, redemption and transfer orders across funds.
• Timely execution and monitoring of complex transactions.
• Apply fund-specific dealing terms including cut-offs, notice periods and liquidity restrictions.
• Coordinate with Transfer Agents, fund admins, custodians and counterparties.
• Liaise with client banks to clarify requests and communicate issues.
• Perform control and reconciliation of cash and securities movements.
• Investigate incidents and escalate when needed.
• Produce operational reporting and KPIs.
• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
