Job summary

AZQORE SA is seeking a senior Fund Dealing Desk specialist to lead end-to-end subscription, redemption and transfer activities for Hedge Funds, alternative investments and private equity structures.

You will liaise with Transfer Agents, fund administrators, Global Custodians and client banks to ensure accurate and timely execution, while applying expert judgment to non-standard situations and ensuring risk control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Fund Operations, Fund Dealing, Transfer Agency, Custody or Asset Servicing environments.
• Proven expertise in Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments and Private Equity structures.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior operational expert for Hedge Funds, alternative investments and complex fund structures.
• Own end-to-end management of subscription, redemption and payment instructions from execution through final booking.
• Analyze fund documentation to identify operational constraints (lock-ups, notice periods, gates, side pockets, liquidity restrictions).
• Lead investigations into operational issues and determine root causes.
• Collaborate with Transfer Agents, fund administrators, Global Custodians and depositaries to ensure accurate processing and resolution.
