Job summary

Avaloq, a leading Swiss wealth management technology provider, seeks a Fund Execution, Trade Processing & Settlement specialist to manage the end-to-end processing of fund and securities transactions. You will handle fund orders, settlements, and post-trade activities across global markets, collaborating with brokers, custodians and transfer agents to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Operations or Securities Operations
• Experience in post-trade processing and settlement
• Hands-on with Allfunds and Fundsettle (or similar platforms)
• Ability to coordinate with brokers, custodians and clients
• German and/or French language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of fund orders including subscriptions, redemptions and switches
• Process fund transactions mainly via Allfunds and Fundsettle
• Ensure timely transmission and execution of fund orders
• Process stock exchange trades (bonds, equities, ETF) in Avaloq Banking Suite
• Settlement of DVP and RVP trades
• Monitor settlement operations and resolve failed trades
• Liaise with fund platforms, custodians and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Cash and security reconciliation
