Your Mission:

As our Senior Head of Product Management, you'll report directly to the founders/CEOs, steering the product vision and strategy across our group of companies. Your leadership will be pivotal in aligning product development with our overarching business goals, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of educational technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch.
• Oversee the creation of supporting and sales documentation to effectively communicate product value.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure products meet market needs.
• Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving business landscapes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior product management role, ux design and / or system architecture within the tech and education sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to operate in a hybrid work environment within our group of companies.
