Job summary

RIVR Technologies AG, an Amazon company, seeks a hands-on hardware test leader to define and own the end-to-end test strategy for structural, mechatronic, and sensing subsystems in a cutting-edge Physical AI platform. You will mentor engineers, design test benches, drive process maturity, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and systems teams to shape product validation and reliability.

This role reports to the hardware test function, shaping how autonomous delivery robotics

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hardware testing or validation with leadership experience.
• Experience designing and commissioning test benches for electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong Python for test automation, data analysis, and device control.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end test strategy for structural, mechatronic, and sensing subsystems.
• Establish testing standards, processes, and data workflows across the team.
• Design, commission, and operate test benches for mechatronics with safety concepts.
• Mentor engineers and represent testing in design reviews with cross-functional teams.
