RIVR Technologies AG is seeking a hands‑on Test Engineer to ensure reliability and performance of our robotic systems. You will design physical test setups, write Python scripts to automate tests, and analyze results to guide design improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in hardware testing, experience building test rigs, and a Master’s degree in a related field. Collaboration with engineers and thorough documentation are essential for repeatable results in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional hardware testing/validation experience.
• Proven experience designing and building test setups for mechanical or electro‑mechanical systems.
• Python scripting for test automation, device control, or data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a workshop with common hand and power tools safely.
• Experience with test plan development, execution, and structured reporting of results.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build custom test rigs, jigs, and fixtures for mechanical and mechatronic components.
• Execute a wide range of hands-on tests from structural to safety behavior.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate test procedures and log data.
• Analyze test data to identify failure modes and design improvements.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electronics engineers to interpret specs and provide feedback.
• Meticulously document test procedures, setups and findings for repeatability.
