Job summary

Expleo Group seeks an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing next-generation satellite communication solutions for commercial aviation, based on Ka-Band phased-array antenna technology.

You will lead end-to-end analogue and mixed-signal hardware development, drive system requirements and PCB design, and ensure producibility and reliability in demanding environments. Strong collaboration with RF, mechanical, and software teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
• A Master’s Degree is advantageous but not essential.
• 10+ years of professional experience in electronic hardware design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of analogue and mixed-signal electronic hardware.
• Drive requirements, architecture, circuit design, component selection and PCB development.
• Oversee prototyping, board bring-up, testing, verification and production release.
• Ensure designs meet reliability, performance, size, weight and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with RF, mechanical, systems and software engineers.
• Prepare technical and manufacturing documentation and support design improvements.
