Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a seasoned RF Test & Validation Engineer to contribute to the development, testing, and validation of advanced RF and antenna systems for high‑performance communications. You will define RF test plans, perform measurements, and analyze results in a collaborative environment.

The role requires a MSc in RF/EE, at least 5 years in RF engineering, and fluent English; French is a plus. Based in Lausanne, you will work with multidisciplinary teams across the product lifecycle

Qualifications

• MSc in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of RF and Microwave engineering experience.
• Experience in RF testing, measurements, and validation activities.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute RF test and characterization activities.
• Perform laboratory measurements and analyze system performance.
• Investigate technical issues and identify root causes.
• Support the validation and qualification of RF subsystems and antennas.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
