We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join the Rare Disease Executive Office and Strategic Projects team as a Senior Global Project Manager. This role combines high-level strategic thinking, project leadership, and operational excellence to drive key cross-functional initiatives across the Novo Nordisk Rare Disease organisation.
The Position
As a Senior Global Project Manager, you willact as a strategic partner to the Rare Disease senior management and a trusted advisor to Rare Blood - and Rare Endocrine Disorders commercial teams. The role offers a unique opportunity to drive commercial strategy processes, support brand planning and governance, manage cross-functional projects and strategy events, and optimise business operations in a highly innovative and complex environment.
You will facilitate informed decision-making, manage select commercial committees, and ensure effective engagement with stakeholders at global and affiliate level, all while orchestrating cross-functional initiativesto achieve strategic goals within the Rare Disease portfolio. The position will be based in Rare Disease, Zurich (Switzerland) and reporting to the Senior Director, Rare Disease Executive Office.

The Rare Disease Executive Office plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive senior management support, overseeing leadership agenda, planning and execution of the Rare Disease strategy, managing strategic committees and affiliate engagements, supporting organisational development and alignment, as well as driving key cross-functional strategic projects.
