Zusammenfassung

Roche Switzerland, Kaiseraugst, seeks a Senior Network & Capabilities Manager to lead the distribution network for global clinical trials. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize delivery, costs, and compliance across 100k+ shipments annually in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will drive strategic readiness, develop new locations where needed, and ensure alignment with GxP/GCP standards, while fostering a self-managed, high-performance team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in technical, business, or supply chain; certifications like APICS, SCOR, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean are a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, including warehouse and transportation management, logistics, and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• GXP experience is required.
• Knowledge of clinical supply chain distribution processes, SRM incl. negotiations & industry best practices, and tools/systems for operational excellence.
• Act as architect/catalyst in the distribution org, taking smart risks and streamlining or stopping non-value-adding work.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills for senior leadership; ability to simplify complex issues.
• Min 6–10 years of operational experience in supply chain/distribution/manufacturing with clinical supply chain expertise.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and optimize the distribution network (>100k shipments per year) to enable timely, reliable, and efficient delivery for all global Roche/Genentech trials.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality), customers (Clinical Operations) and external partners (3PLs, LSPs).
• Contribute and execute the network & capabilities chapter strategy, aligning with the overall distribution strategy.
• Ensure overall compliance of the distribution network according to GxP and GCP standards.
