Qualifikationen

• BA/MS/MBA in technical, business, or supply chain; certifications like APICS, SCOR, Lean are a plus.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge including warehouse and transportation management, regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• GXP experience and familiarity with clinical supply chain distribution processes.
• 10+ years of operational experience in supply chain with clinical distribution management.

Aufgaben

• You oversee and optimize the distribution network to enable timely, reliable delivery for global Roche clinical trials.
• You align network strategy with the overall distribution strategy and SRM goals.
• You manage distribution costs and spend, driving cost efficiencies.
• You collaborate with BCLs, QA and external partners to standardize processes.
• You ensure compliance with GxP and GCP standards across the network.
• You co-create objectives for the global network and enable continuous improvements.
