Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Senior Network & Capabilities Manager to oversee a global clinical distribution network. You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, QA and external logistics providers to ensure reliable, compliant delivery of clinical shipments across 130+ countries.

You will drive network strategy, cost optimization, and readiness for future locations while maintaining GxP/GCP compliance and a high standard of operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or substantial experience in supply chain
• Experience with clinical supply chain distribution processes
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trials
• SRM, negotiations, and industry best practices
• Knowledge of GXP standards and quality systems

Aufgaben

• Oversee and optimize global distribution network (>100k shipments/year).
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external 3PLs/LSPs to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to network & capabilities strategy and location readiness.
• Manage distribution costs and annual spend (>CHF 50m).
• Drive standardization and process improvements with BCLs and QA.
• Ensure compliance of distribution network with GxP and GCP.
