Flexsis, on behalf of Roche, seeks a Network and Capability Manager in Kaiseraugst to drive the clinical distribution network. You will oversee >100k shipments annually, collaborating with Supply Chain, Procurement, QA and external 3PLs to ensure timely, compliant delivery of clinical trial materials.

Candidates should have a strong background in end-to-end supply chain, GxP/GCP, SRM and strategic network development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's in supply chain, business, engineering or similar.
• Experience with clinical supply chain and distribution processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GxP and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee and optimize Roche's distribution network (>100k shipments/year) for clinical trials.
• Lead network and capabilities strategy with SRM emphasis, aligning with global distribution plans.
• Manage distribution costs (>CHF 50m/year) and drive optimization across the network.
• Drive best practices, standardization and process improvements with BCLs/QA.
• Ensure compliance of the distribution network with GxP and GCP standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable continuous improvements.
