IFRC, headquartered in Geneva, seeks a Senior Legal Advisor for Data Protection to provide global legal services on data protection and privacy. You will guide National Societies, develop policy tools, and support the federation's digital initiatives in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Required is a law degree with admission to the practice, 7+ years in legal settings, and strong data protection expertise, including DPIAs and contracts. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in a legal environment.
• Experience in contracting and data protection/privacy matters.
• Experience applying data protection to digital tools and technologies, including AI.
• Experience in multinational or international organization settings.
• Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of another IFRC official language is a plus.

• Offer guidance to National Societies on data protection matters.
• Develop templates, policy tools, and training materials for data protection across the Federation.
