Zusammenfassung

IFRC seeks a Technical Coordinator for the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH). You will lead the global PSEAH strategy, ensuring alignment with Strategy 2030. You will advise senior leadership, develop standards and tools, and foster survivor-centered safeguarding across regions and programmes.

This role reports to the Manager, Social Safeguards. The incumbent will collaborate with PGI and other departments, promote safeguarding capacity building, and represent IFRC

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of PSEAH standards and safeguarding practices.
• Ability to translate policy into practical standards and tools.
• Experience leading PSEAH/safeguarding work in humanitarian settings.

• Lead the development and implementation of the global PSEAH strategy.
• Provide technical guidance to management and regional teams.
• Develop plans, indicators and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Strengthen reporting, accountability and survivor-centered approaches.
• Represent IFRC in safeguarding forums and partnerships.
