Job summary

coni + partner ag in Zurich seeks a Senior Controller PE Funds to lead day-to-day financial operations of private market funds, including NAV closings, cash management, and reporting to management and investors.

Ideal candidates hold a Banking & Finance or Accounting degree (CPA preferred), with private market or fund accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in German (C2) and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Banking & Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Experience in private market funds or fund accounting.
• Analytical, detail oriented with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Strong communication and networking across groups.
• German (C2) and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of private market funds.
• Manage capital calls and distributions; compute revenues.
• Support fund commitments and quarterly reporting.
• Monitor management fees and transaction fees allocation.
• Coordinate external audits and financial statements.
• Serve as contact for internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive process simplification to raise efficiency.
