Job summary

Arbeitnow is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Zurich to design and deliver enterprise GenAI solutions with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation. You will work in a DevOps-oriented environment, building scalable AI applications on modern cloud platforms.

Responsibilities include deploying production GenAI/RAG systems, building data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable AI platforms and CI/CD adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and context management.
• Experience with LangChain, LangFuse, NeMo Guardrails, Spring AI, and Azure AI services.
• Proficient in Python and Java, plus APIs, CI/CD, OpenTelemetry, and cloud-native deployments on Azure.
• Fluent German (C2) and strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
