WinGD is looking for a

Senior General Counsel Legal & Compliance

Responsibilities

Support corporate governance: organize board/shareholder meetings, maintain legal registers and filings.

Lead company-wide legal and compliance matters, including insurance, litigation, and regulatory topics.

Negotiate and manage a broad range of contracts (license, NDA, R&D, service, IT, etc.).

Oversee compliance systems (anti-corruption, sanctions, export control, etc.) and deliver training.

Advise management on legal risks, strategy, and critical negotiations.

Requirements

• Swiss bar admission is a must.

Law degree with solid experience in corporate, commercial, and compliance law.

Skilled in contract negotiation and litigation oversight.

Strong knowledge of Swiss and international legal frameworks.

Fluent in English; German a plus.

Proactive, pragmatic, and confident communicator.
