Job summary

Rigby AG is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of digital trading capabilities for a broad consumer base in Switzerland. You will define requirements, manage priorities, and coordinate cross-functional delivery while ensuring compliance with client, business, and regulatory needs.

The role requires strong expertise in FX, PM, ETD e-Trading, and a proven track record in end-to-end product lifecycles within Private Banking or Financial Services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering trading, execution, FX, capital markets, or platform transformation initiatives within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of FX/PM, ETDs, e-trading workflows, order lifecycle management, pre-trade controls, regulatory requirements, and digital channel platforms.
• Proven experience delivering digital product lifecycles, including pilot launches, testing, analytics, adoption measurement, and mass rollout.
• Track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with business and technology stakeholders from requirements to adoption.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with backlog management, user stories, release planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• University degree in a related discipline and strong understanding of financial markets and digital platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and delivery of digital trading capabilities for a large consumer base.
• Define requirements, manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory needs.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the client trading experience and support digital transformation.
• Own requirements definition, target-state design, product roadmap, and delivery for FX, PM, and ETD e-Trading for consumers.
• Align with stakeholders across Business, Client & Partner Management, Credit, Trading Channels, and Compliance to achieve production readiness.
• Act as SME bridging business requirements and technology delivery, guiding decisions and stakeholder alignment.
