Project description

Converged Process initiative focuses on a "Full Self-Service Certification" solution which supports the certification of all types of mobile devices targeted for all channels through a single self-guided experience, which can be refined and maintained by the customer with no limitation or restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications with React (front-end) and Node.js/JavaScript (back-end).
• Build and maintain integrations with Atlassian Jira APIs and other Atlassian ecosystem tools.
• Develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features in an Agile Jira-driven workflow.
• Implement and manage data storage solutions (SQL or NoSQL) and optimize database queries.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications across the stack.
• Apply DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments.
• Work with authentication/authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML, especially with Jira integration.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for both client and server code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across the full stack.
• Document code, architecture, and processes for future maintenance.
