Job summary

Luxoft in Baar, Switzerland seeks two Senior Full Stack Developers to build and evolve an enterprise-grade compliance platform as part of a greenfield initiative. The role is on-site at the client's Baar office, collaborating with business stakeholders and an agile team.

You will work with Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and AI-assisted development tools, design APIs and interfaces, and ensure production readiness while owning code quality and architecture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Excellent knowledge of Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and Git.
• Practical experience using Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor (preferred).
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness and maintainability.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Complete and evolve an existing prototype into a production-ready enterprise solution.
• Develop new features based on business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement frontend components, backend services, and APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Orchestrate AI-assisted development workflows and review generated code for quality.
