Luxoft is seeking two Senior Full Stack Developers for a major client in Baar, Switzerland, to design, build, and evolve an enterprise-grade Compliance platform. The roles are on-site and involve collaborating with business stakeholders and the engineering team.

You will work on a greenfield initiative, leveraging AI-assisted development tools, ensuring code quality, and delivering scalable, production-ready software in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Full Stack development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and high-volume data processing.
• Familiar with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to orchestrate and review AI-generated solutions for quality.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Complete and evolve an existing application prototype into a production-ready enterprise solution.
• Develop new application features and enhancements based on business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement frontend components, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data processing solutions.
• Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering activities and ensure technical correctness.
• Orchestrate AI-assisted development workflows and review generated solutions for quality and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to engineering standards.
