Job summary

Luxoft is seeking two Senior Full Stack Developers for an on-site role in Baar, Switzerland, to build and evolve an enterprise-grade Compliance platform. The role involves completing a greenfield project, deploying to production, and extending capabilities while leveraging AI-assisted development tools for accelerated delivery.

You will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Full Stack development with Angular/TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code for quality and maintainability.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
