Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with transparent formulas.
• Experience owning or supporting FP&A processes like budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Ability to build scenario-based financial models and assess impacts.
• Ability to reconcile complex information across sources.
• Strong analytical judgment and error-detection skills.
• Ability to assess quality of analyses and define acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written English communication and concise executive memos.
• High attention to detail and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic FP&A tasks and business scenarios reflecting real-world planning.
• Develop financial models and reference solutions with traceable formulas.
• Create tasks involving budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investments.
• Build and evaluate integrated financial analyses (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Develop scenarios using multiple data sources (spreadsheets, contracts, emails).
• Evaluate AI-generated financial models for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify material errors and unsupported assumptions in models.
• Define clear evaluation criteria and acceptable outcomes.
• Write precise task instructions, reference answers, and concise executive explanations.
• Apply structured evaluation guidelines with evidence-based rationales.
