Job summary

Lightly AG, a Zurich-based AI company, seeks experienced FP&A professionals for a remote, project-based contractor role. You will design and evaluate realistic financial tasks, develop reference solutions in Excel, and assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to build scenario-based financial models while clearly documenting assumptions and conclusions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent expertise.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Hands-on experience owning or supporting FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic FP&A tasks and business scenarios reflecting complex forecasting and decision-making workflows.
• Develop financial models and reference solutions with traceable formulas and documented assumptions.
• Create tasks involving budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning, and investment decisions.
• Build and evaluate integrated financial analyses including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, working capital and liquidity.
