Zusammenfassung

The Global Survivors Fund (GSF) seeks a Financial Control Manager to safeguard accounting integrity and the control environment. Reporting to Head of Finance & Systems, you will oversee general ledger, close processes, treasury, compliance and audit readiness.

You will supervise the Financial Control Assistant and collaborate with FP&A, HR and operations to strengthen financial controls and provide business partnering across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accounting designation or advanced degree in accounting/finance.
• Seven years of relevant experience in financial accounting, control, or finance operations.
• Experience with GAAP FER and Swiss foundation law.
• Experience supervising finance staff.
• Experience managing outsourced accounting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee general ledger and outsourced provider.
• Lead monthly/quarterly and year-end close.
• Ensure policy application and audit readiness.
• Provide finance business partnering to Operations Heads.
• Coordinate statutory and tax submissions and audits.
