Your New Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end net sales revenue controlling of the channel.
• Interact with Commercial and Commercial Excellence business partners to provide financial insights to drive our revenue growth management agenda and implement strategic priorities.
• Support customer-centric business planning and negotiations processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in the analysis and reporting of customer financials.
• Support automation of customer profitability functions to improve stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in commercial finance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, or Computer Science).
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to analyze details while maintaining a strategic overview.
• Demonstrated team player with a business partnering mindset.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Interest or experience in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or RPA (Power Automate, UiPath) is a plus.
