Job summary

Art Basel is seeking a Senior Business Controller to own the P&L of a dedicated entity and partner with local management and operations on financial planning, reporting, and consolidation for several entities.

You will build financial models, drive budgeting and forecasting, and ensure timely, compliant reporting in a dynamic international setting. Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in controlling, FP&A, accounting, or finance business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L of a dedicated entity, including budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Act as finance business partner to local management, providing financial insights and decision support.
• Lead budget, forecast, and annual close meetings with relevant analyses and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the entity.
• Coordinate reporting packages for multiple entities for Group consolidation.
