Job summary

Organon in Lucerne seeks a Senior Specialist, Financial Reporting & Controlling to shape reliable financial reporting across Swiss GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS. You will partner with Finance, Tax and business leaders to support transformation initiatives and entity integration with a strong focus on controls and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 10 years in multinational accounting and reporting.
• Experience with Swiss GAAP and IFRS preferred.
• Experience managing external audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver statutory financial statements under Swiss GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and IFRS.
• Act as finance partner to business leaders, controllers, tax, and external stakeholders.
• Lead external audit activities and coordinate audit execution.
• Support monthly close processes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead entity integration and drive process improvements.
• Build relationships across functions as trusted adviser.
