Your role involves supporting client service teams, developing internal knowledge assets, and building the firm’s external network. You will bring scientific expertise to complex client problems, participate in proposal processes, and lead scientific AI initiatives through whitepapers, publications, and conference presentations.

You will establish and grow an external network, enhance our reputation, and mentor junior colleagues to expand scientific AI impact. You will lead initiatives to scale our services and improve productivity and impact within the firm.

As a member of McKinsey’s global scientific AI team, you will help transform R&D in industries like Life Sciences, Chemicals, Energy, and Sustainability, leveraging your expertise in scientific disciplines (chemistry, medicine, biology, engineering, physics) and AI/machine learning (deep learning, causal inference, foundation models).

Your core responsibilities include:

• Delivering distinctive insights and capabilities through client engagements
