Liebherr Machines Bulle SA seeks an experienced EATS Engineer to lead development from requirements and design through testing and PPAP. You will align component specifications with project targets and coordinate validation activities, measurements, and resources.

Qualifikationen

• You have experience in EATS, exhaust system or hardware development.
• You are familiar with validation, calibration and test planning.
• You understand measurement and data analysis methods.
• You know EATS simulation and risk assessment (DVPnR/FMEA).
• You are comfortable coordinating with suppliers on technical topics.

Aufgaben

• You lead the development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems from requirements through PPAP.
• You define specifications for EATS components aligned to targets.
• You plan and coordinate development and validation activities and resources.
• You coordinate EATS testing on engine benches and drive troubleshooting.
• You manage DVPnR activities and support Quality Gates with proper documentation.
• You work with Engine Development, Design, Purchasing and Quality to integrate solutions.
• You act as the technical reference for EATS suppliers and 8D activities.
• You contribute to EATS software and documentation and report status to the project team.
