Zusammenfassung

LHH is seeking a Development Engineer for a long-term assignment based in Fribourg, Switzerland. You will lead the development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (EATS), defining specifications, coordinating tests, and supporting quality gates. You will act as the technical reference for EATS suppliers and contribute to EATS software;

the role requires a Diploma in Engineering and 3-5 years in EATS or related hardware development, with knowledge of DEF dosing systems and CFD/1D-3D simulations.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in EATS, exhaust system or hardware development.
• Experience with DEF dosing systems.
• Excellent knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment systems and catalyst technologies.
• Knowledge in EATS simulation (1D/3D), FMEA and DVPnR methodology.
• Knowledge in measurement and data acquisition (CSM, Vector).

Aufgaben

• Lead development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (requirements, system design through testing, validation and PPAP).
• Define technical specifications and requirements for EATS components and ensure alignment with project targets.
• Plan and coordinate development and validation activities (tests plans, prototype, calibration maturity, measurements and resources).
• Coordinate EATS testing on engine test benches, analyze results, drive troubleshooting and problem solving activities.
• Manage Design Verification Plan and Reporting activities and support Quality Gates.
• Act as technical reference for EATS suppliers and contribute to EATS-related software.
