Zusammenfassung

The Adecco Group Switzerland à Fribourg recherche un Development Engineer pour diriger le développement des systèmes EATS, de l’analyse des exigences à la validation et PPAP. Vous définissez les spécifications techniques et coordonnez les activités de développement et de tests avec les équipes internes.

Le candidat idéal possède 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans les systèmes d’échappement, la simulation EATS (1D/3D, CFD), ainsi que des compétences en FMEA et DVP&R.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in EATS, exhaust system or hardware development.
• Experience with DEF dosing systems.
• Excellent knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment systems and catalyst technologies.
• Good knowledge in EATS simulation (1D/3D with basic CFD knowledge), FMEA and DVPnR methodology.
• Knowledge in measurement and data acquisition (CSM, Vector).

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (requirements, design through testing, validation and PPAP).
• Define technical specifications and requirements for EATS components and ensure alignment with project targets.
• Plan and coordinate development and validation activities (test plans, prototype, calibration maturity, measurements and resources).
• Coordinate EATS testing on engine test benches, analyse results and drive troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Manage Design Verification Plan and Reporting activities and support Quality Gates.
• Act as technical reference for EATS suppliers and contribute to EATS-related software definition and maintenance.

Responsibilities

As a Development Engineer you lead the development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (requirements, system design through testing, validation and PPAP). You define technical specifications and requirements for EATS components en ensure their alignment with project targets. Besides, you plan and coordinate development and validation activities (tests plans, prototype, calibration maturity, measurements and resources). Moreover, you coordinate EATS testing on engine test benches, analyses results, drive troubleshooting and problem solving activities.
