Job-Room in Geneva seeks a Senior Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager to design and implement an international ERM framework within a complex global organization. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape regulatory risk, governance and risk management across regions.

The role is highly visible, non-managerial and involves broad cross-functional interaction, with a strong emphasis on building processes, guiding risk assessments and delivering enterprise-wide insights.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years in risk management, compliance, governance or advisory.
• ERM experience designing or implementing risk frameworks.
• 5+ years direct exposure to risk management methodologies and governance.
• Experience in large international matrix organizations.
• University degree in Law, Business Admin, Finance or related field.
• Strong compliance, regulatory and governance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English; able to collaborate across functions.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement governance structures and processes for compliance and regulatory risk.
• Build and embed new governance structures as part of a newly established function.
• Coordinate a global network of risk stakeholders across regions.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation activities.
• Consolidate risk information into an enterprise-wide view.
• Promote a risk-aware culture and engage stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sustainability, Procurement, Security, Technology and Commercial teams.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and implement risk responses.
• Define and track key risk indicators and mitigation plans.
• Support governance, certification and sustainability initiatives requiring risk expertise.
• Partner with international colleagues for consistency and best-practice sharing.
