We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Network Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing, configuring, installing, and operating modern Cisco Enterprise Network solutions in Routing & Switching (R&S) and WLAN. You will support support organizations, advise sales teams, create technical concepts, and handle troubleshooting at customer sites. Additionally, you will prepare Statements of Work (SoWs) for projects and may be required to participate in on-call duties.

Qualifications:

• Professional training in IT, with enthusiasm for Cisco products, and ideally a CCNP certification in WLAN or R&S.
• Experience with Cisco WLAN and/or R&S, and familiarity with manufacturers like Alcatel-Lucent or F5 is a plus.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training, a service-oriented team player, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2), good English skills, and understanding of Swiss German is preferred.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently, and skilled in prioritization and time management, even under pressure.
• Valid category B driving license for travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
