Blockstream, a leader in Bitcoin infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise product team in Zurich. You will lead the ongoing development and adoption of our enterprise Bitcoin custody and tokenization suite, translating vision into a clear roadmap and coordinating with engineering and design.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts
• Comfort with the pace, scrappiness and dynamic environment within a growing startup.
• Currently residing in the Zurich, Switzerland
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Aufgaben

• Translate vision into actionable roadmap, own the product narrative and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
• Engage with engineering in technical conversations, understanding implications of technical decisions, and align Engineering work to product goals
• Lead project execution, anticipating and resolving roadblocks, coordinating the work of teammates, and clearly communicating goals and status with the organization
• Identify product opportunities, translating them into clear milestones and artefacts that align with Business Objectives
• Support Continuous Discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, follow regulatory/market news, identify trends
• Drive product requirements, drive product documentation and own the workstream, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business and Marketing teams
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data to be able to support or challenge product assumptions/feature requests
