• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology transformation program management for large, multi-workstream delivery.
• Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industry.
• Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models and financial discipline.
• Experience championing emerging delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.

• Own program financial health including forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope management.

• Establish governance for agentic AI, ensuring observability and compliance across the program.
