Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and optimize high-integrity embedded software using C/C++ for industrial and shipping applications
2. Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with complex propulsion and automation systems
3. Lead end-to-end feature development—from initial design through rigorous testing to production rollout
4. Provide technical guidance to external partners and suppliers, ensuring adherence to high quality and safety standards
5. Employ advanced debugging and profiling tools (e.g., JTAG, GDB) to resolve complex system issues
6. Actively participate in Agile teams to foster continuous improvement and innovative solutions

Core Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development
2. Expertise in C/C++ programming and real-time operating systems (e.g., Embedded Linux)
3. Proven ability to work with microcontroller platforms and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet)
4. Experience in safety-critical or high-reliability systems within industrial or maritime environments
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
6. A commitment to quality, precision, and rapid integration in dynamic settings
