You will integrate high-speed interfaces (DDR4, PCIe, GMSL), design sensor front-ends, manage suppliers, and drive milestones with cross-functional teams. Remote work is not offered; in-person presence required.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years designing carrier or motherboard for GPU/SoC modules.
• Experience integrating high-speed interfaces (DDR4, PCIe, GMSL) at board level.
• End-to-end board design from requirements to production release.
• Experience in mobile/edge-compute/robotics contexts preferred.
• Hands-on schematic capture and PCB layout with trades knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Own carrier boards end-to-end from requirements to production release.
• Integrate interfaces like Ethernet, DDR4, PCIe, MIPI CSI-2, USB 3.x.
• Design electrical front-ends for sensors including cameras, LIDARs, RADARs.
• Manage supplier and partner relationships and sourcing decisions.
• Define milestones and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide signal-integrity guidance and perform bring-up and validation.
