Elastic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Elasticsearch - Search Relevance team. You will influence technical direction, design and implement new search features, and improve relevance and performance across vector search capabilities.

You will collaborate with a globally distributed team, write idiomatic Java, and tackle challenges near the hardware and OS. The role emphasizes autonomy, code reviews, and best-practice collaboration.
