We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Performance Analyst to join our team in Biel / Bienne, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on e-commerce performance across all regions, identifying trends, insights, and growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • E-commerce Performance Analysis & Reporting :
  • Own the end-to-end analysis and reporting of e-commerce performance across all regions.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for global stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities through deep-dive analysis of traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior data.
  • KPI Standardization & Governance :
  • Aggregate and standardize e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics across markets.
  • Ensure consistency in definitions, methodologies, and reporting practices aligned with global business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with global e-commerce, marketing, product, IT, and operations teams to align analytics insights with business strategies.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external analytics or marketing agencies.
  • Technical Implementation & GTM Management :
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal developers to ensure accurate data collection and tagging.
  • Strategic Insights & Optimization :
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Recommend and track A / B tests, personalization strategies, and UX improvements based on performance data.

Requirements :

  • 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics, digital performance reporting, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI), and Excel.
  • Experience with GTM, data layers, and web tagging best practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
