What you will do:

• Create and implement an integrated and effective information security strategy, ensuring IP protection, business continuity, and compliance
• Lead and manage a team of up to 5 individuals in a matrix organization to consult, coordinate and partner with Legal, DPO and relevant stakeholders to develop enterprise-level information security compliance
• Develop, implement and defend a cyber security framework based on legal, customer and industry requirements and peer best practices
• Partner with various internal stakeholders and end users to assess/analyze current applications and processes risk-wise, ensure continuous improvement and/or create new concepts
• Maintain and further develop awareness towards cyber security company-wide to increase organizational resilience

What you bring:

• University degree in information technology with focus on cyber security or comparable
• Profound experience across different sectors in IT and in security roles, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of information security technologies, especially firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems and encryption, including a good overview of cloud and mobile device security technologies
• Strong leadership skills to achieve constructive persuasiveness and a keen instinct for risks in general and for change management processes
• Pronounced hands-on mentality with a good handful of perseverance
