Job summary

The City of Winterthur's elderly and care sector seeks an enthusiastic dining and gastronomy professional for Brühlgut Retirement Home and the oh' parc dining hall. You will serve meals for residents, assist with daily dining needs, and support events in a vibrant, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in the field
• Experience with cash registers and IT applications
• Fluent German, including Swiss German comprehension

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to around 75 residents in the dining hall
• Advise and support residents with gastronomic concerns
• Serve guests and staff in the restaurant
• Prepare mise en place for service
• Assist with special events (aperitifs, banquets, etc.)
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene and quality

Skills

EFZ Restaurant Specialist or EBA advantageous
