Job summary

Qualifications

• Training as a care assistant or SRK care helper with at least 1 year of professional experience
• Independent, committed, resilient and responsible
• 1 year of experience in long-term care and PC user skills
• Understanding of Swiss dialect and good German (B1) in speech and writing

Responsibilities

• Provide needs-based, individual care and support for residents
• Contribute to daily activities tailored to residents’ needs
• Work across all shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights
• Participate in needs- and resource-oriented care within the key worker system
