Open Web Technology SA seeks a Senior Digital Consultant to drive transformation for leading Swiss organizations, based in Lausanne or Geneva. You will lead complex digital projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor delivery members across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 4+ years in large-scale digital project management and a strong academic background, with fluency in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy.
• A Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, from top management to operational teams
• Expertise balancing strategic and tactical requirements
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES certifications are highly valued
• A strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies
• Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus

• Drive all project phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Mentor, coach, and guide the delivery team (including 3rd parties) throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay up to date on technology and market trends and promote innovation
• Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist
• Support our clients in their digital transformation, from defining their digital strategy through business process redesign, all the way to the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions
• Foster innovation, both internally and at our clients, and promote the use of AI across projects
• Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management
