OWT in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Digital Consultant to drive transformation across leading organizations from Lausanne or Geneva offices. You will lead complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams and mentoring delivery staff through the project lifecycle.

The role requires 4+ years in digital project management, a Master's degree, fluent French/English, and a strong appetite for AI and innovation, with a hybrid work model and close client collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy.
• Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills enabling effective collaboration with top management to operational teams.
• Expertise balancing strategic and tactical requirements.
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES certifications are highly valued.
• Strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in French and English (minimum C1); German is a plus.

• Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist.
• Support our clients in their digital transformation, from defining their digital strategy through business process redesign, all the way to the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions.
• Foster innovation, both internally and at our clients, and promote the use of AI across projects.
• Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management
