AlpineAI AG in Zurich is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer who thrives in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code. You will own scalable pipelines, guide development teams, and shape the architecture of our on-prem and cloud-native platform.

You will report to the CTO, share on-call duties, and work close with security and reliability teams to ensure high availability, performance and secure access to production systems across our Switzerland-based infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Solid production experience with containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitOps-style delivery.
• Experience operating stateful workloads and databases.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with developers to build reliable and scalable pipelines and automated releases.
• Coach frontend and backend engineers to monitor their code in a live environment.
• Steer discussions concerning scalable architecture with security and cost considerations.
• Collaborate with the development team to streamline software releases and deployments.
• Manage, monitor, and scale infrastructure across clusters and hardware for performance.
• Maintain deployment documentation and essential tooling.
• Ensure system reliability and performance, even during outages.
• Share on-call duty with the team.
