Zusammenfassung

RUAG Inc. is seeking a DevOps/Systems Engineer to design, implement and operate secure, open-source groupware and collaboration services. You will build and maintain Linux-based infrastructure, on-premise private cloud, and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes and automation tools.

You will manage identity services and ensure secure, reliable operation across the stack. The role requires hands-on Linux expertise, experience with self-hosted email/groupware, networking knowledge, and Swiss

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT.
• Hands-on Linux and open-source infrastructure experience.
• Experience with self-hosted email/groupware platforms.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, HTTP, TLS.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized apps.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with identity management (LDAP, OIDC, SAML) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, structured work approach and problem-solving skills.
• Swiss citizenship is required.

What you should bring with you
