Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Principal Engineer, Device & Packaging Technical Launch Integrator (TLI) to lead the transfer, industrialization, validation, and launch of device and packaging solutions at commercial scale.

You will drive cross‑functional teams across R&D, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing to ensure timely, compliant commercialization of new products, with flexibility to work from home up to 40% and international travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• At least 10 years in device/packaging/manufacturing or tech transfer.
• Strong leadership of multifunctional, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as MSAT Device & Packaging technical lead for NPI and tech transfer.
• Lead global and local cross-functional teams and represent MSAT Device & Packaging.
• Drive design transfer, qualification, and validation for device assembly and packaging.
• Ensure robust specifications, controls, and regulatory readiness for launches.
